Returns Policy
WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
If your goods are faulty or have a defect, please contact us as described below and we will provide a repair for, or replacement of, your goods as relevant. To claim the warranty, please contact us immediately once you become aware of the fault or defect as described below. The benefits provided to you under this warranty against defects are in addition to your other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

Email Us - Return the goods to us using tracked and insured post.
- We will reimburse you for any reasonable return postage costs for faulty or defective goods.
- Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will notify you and process the refund or replacement given there is no user abuse
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. The warranty lasts for a period of 30 days.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, we recommend that you make a second order and return the first order and we will credit your account with the amount of the first purchase minus any postage costs. This will help to avoid your preferred item from selling out in the meantime.
